This week the Medical Library is surveying library user satisfaction – are you happy with the services and facilities that we offer? What could we do better?

As well as using the data that we gather for our own purposes, we’ll be submitting information to RLUK (Research Libraries UK) as part of a survey of service standards that is being run across many university libraries in the UK, and also submitting data to a national survey of NHS libraries.
