Your votes for new desk lamps have been counted, and the clear winner in our recent poll of library users is the small black anglepoise lamp.

We will be buying more of this style of lamp, and you should see them on desks in the reading room in the near future. The other styles of lamp provided to test prior to the vote will also be kept, and are already in place in the reading room. Thanks to everyone who tried out the lamps, and who voted in the survey.
