DS-Print, the University-wide printing network used in the Medical Library, will be undergoing some upgrades between 9am-11am on Tuesday, 17th August.
You will still be able to print during this time, but you will not be able to add printer credit to your account. In other words, you must have sufficient credit in your account if you wish to print anything between 9am-11am on 17th August. After this time, you should be able to add credit as normal. This applies to scanning and photocopying as well.
Any library users planning to print, scan or photocopy on 17th August should add credit well in advance. This can be done online via the kiosk website. You can also check your available credit on the DS-Print website.
The upgrade will involve a change to the payment interface website. If you want to see screenshots of the new interface, please visit the UIS website.
