We’re very excited to offer new printing facilities at the Medical Library.

From Monday 11th September, we’ll be offering DS-Print to facilitate printing, scanning and copying.

This means you can

• buy credit online
• install a widget to have wifi printing from your own laptop
• release your printing from one of 2 printers (no more problems if a printer is out of order)
• (for University of Cambridge staff & students) credit purchased elsewhere – common balance – is available to use in the Medical Library

Please speak to library staff about activating your library account to take advantage of all these services – yes, I’m afraid it will need a new login, but hopefully that is a small price for much better functionality. We’ve also got fancy new printers/copiers (MFDs – multi-function devices) to make us feel really up to date!

How to get a DS-Print account

If you have a RAVEN login you’ll already have a DS-print account. 
If not, speak to library staff who will set up your account (your login will be your library card number).

How to reset your DS-Print account

Go to www.ds.cam.ac.uk/ml/kiosk/ and follow the steps to reset or change your password.

 How to add credit

Go to www.ds.cam.ac.uk/ml/kiosk/ and follow the steps to check your balance and add credit.

Or, speak to library staff if you prefer to pay cash.

NB – VAT will be charged on all transactions except for University of Cambridge students – eg if you want £1 credit the online payment system will charge £1.20.
