NHS Improving Quality, the Nursing Times and the HSJ, have created an easy-to-use toolkit for any NHS worker wanting to make a change in their workplace. It will help them to identify typical barriers to change as well as the foundations or ‘building blocks’ that will support their change project. The guide also offers useful solutions to help steer the project to success.
The guide has been created from advice distilled from 13,000+ ideas, comments and votes from 3,500+ people, across the UK and abroad. Its publication marks the culmination of our ‘Change Challenge’ campaign, which launched in January with the aim of helping the NHS encourage ‘bottom-up’ change.
They hope to see a change revolution in the way decision-making happens in our NHS. Support that cause by using and sharing this guide with your networks and colleagues, just go to:http://tinyurl.com/ChangeChallenge Challenge Top-Down Change
