This week (13th-17th May) is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the library, along with the wider Clinical School, is holding a range of events and activities.
The library will be hosting a drop-in arts/crafts, origami, and jigsaw puzzle event all day on Monday 13th and Wednesday 15th. This will be taking place in the library training room — please ask library staff at the enquiry desk if you need directions. Those who want to use the training room as a relaxation space are free to do so — we will have headphones if you want to listen to music, watch a short film or similar on the computers.
As well as these events, the library will have a themed display of books which you are welcome to browse.
As well as the library events, the Clinical School is hosting a variety of talks, activities, and workshops, and there are free passes available to use the gym at the Frank Lee centre. Please note that some of the Clinical School activities require booking in advance. To see what’s happening, and, if necessary, book a place, click here.
