The Medical Library uses DS-Print to facilitate printing, scanning and copying.
How to get a DS-Print account
If you have a RAVEN login you’ll already have a DS-print account.
If not, speak to library staff who will set up your account (your login will be your library card number).
How to reset your DS-Print account
Go to the DS-Print website and follow the steps to reset or change your password. Please note this will only change the password for the printer, it will not change your password for logging in to the computers, so if you have forgotten your password it is better to ask library staff to reset it for you.
How to add credit
Go to the DS-Print website and follow the steps to check your balance and add credit.
NB – VAT will be charged on all transactions except for University of Cambridge students – e.g. if you want £1 credit the online payment system will charge £1.20.

If you send a document to print from the NHS computers, you must release the job from a printer in the hospital. There is no printing from the NHS PCs available in the library.
