Wednesday 10th update: Carpet laying is progressing well – but we appreciate it doesn’t make for good study conditions. Please bear with us – it should be completed on Friday 12th.

We’re getting a new carpet in the Reading Room and Book Collection – goodbye sad old green carpet – hello lovely plush carpet that matches with the rest of the library!

Unfortunately this means that there will be restricted access to the Book Collection, Current Journals and study spaces.

• Please speak to library staff about getting the book or journal you need – we will fetch it for you.
• Please make use of the additional study space we have provided elsewhere in the library – we’ve added additional study space into the “pod” area.
