The Biomedical Campus Library has four research skills training sessions in the coming weeks. These sessions will cover different ways to share your research with others — from systematic review protocols to conference posters or journal articles. If you have plans to publish your research soon, this class is definitely a good starting point to demystify the process so that you can submit your manuscript with confidence, whatever the format. There is also an in-person introduction to advanced database searching techniques — a great opportunity for hands-on practice of literature searching skills.
The sessions will not be recorded.
Upcoming Biomedical Campus Library training sessions are as follows:
- Writing for Publication [Online] (8th April, 3-4pm)
- Introduction to Literature Searching [In Person] (13th April, 10am-12pm)
- Creating Conference Posters [Online] (15th April, 10-11am)
- Systematic Review Protocols [Online] (16th April, 2-3.30pm)
To book your place on these, or any other training session, please go to the bookings website and select the course you wish to attend. Then log in via your University of Cambridge credentials to book a place.
If a course appears to be fully booked, please book yourself a waiting list place — it’s likely you will still be able to attend.
