The Biomedical Campus Library has three research skills training sessions next week. The first class is an introductory overview of the Zotero referencing software – perfect if you are in the process of writing up your dissertation or any other piece of academic writing. This is followed by a hands-on overview of advanced searching techniques, and finally, a class on the structure, design and content of conference posters, with some tips on presentation techniques.
The sessions will not be recorded.
Upcoming Biomedical Campus Library training sessions are as follows:
- Managing Your References with Zotero [Online] (5th May, 11am-12pm)
- Introduction to Literature Searching [In Person] (6th May, 2-4pm)
- Creating Conference Posters [Online] (8th May, 12-1pm)
To book your place on these, or any other training session, please go to the bookings website and select the course you wish to attend. Then log in via your University of Cambridge credentials to book a place.
If a course appears to be fully booked, please book yourself a waiting list place — it’s likely you will be able to attend.
