Our resource of the month for December was the Medical Library itself, and we used the time to highlight important services, support, and resources available to help library users with their studies, research, and evidence-based practice. In keeping with the season, Collection Development Manager Jo Milton created a ‘Twelve Days of the Medical Library’ blog, with each new day revealing more services and support. You can see her blog here, and it will remain publicly accessible from now on.
Each day, a new window will appear, revealing different aspects of the Medical Library. Follow along here: https://t.co/SBSBt0QFi4

We also asked users to tell us about resources and support from the Medical Library that they found most useful. These included the fast wifi.
Our #resourceofthemonth for December is the Medical Library itself, and we want to hear from YOU. What services, resources, or help from the library do you particularly value, and why?
One user really appreciates our wifi — speak to library staff if you need wifi access. pic.twitter.com/395ZVCCrAU

We have both Eduroam and the University of Cambridge’s own wifi network available in the library. If you don’t have institutional logins for these (Raven logins for Cambridge staff and students, or, if you are affiliated with another university, use that university’s logins to access Eduroam), speak to Medical Library staff and we will set up a guest login for you.
What Medical Library services were mentioned on our ‘Twelve Days’ blog? These have now all been revealed:
These include:
12 comfy sofas
(More than) 11 library staff
