We’d love to know what we’re getting right, wrong, and how we can help you the most.

Love Cambridge gift cards can be spent in hundreds of shops and restaurants across Cambridge.

You’ll help us improve your libraries and the resources and services we offer. The survey is quick to fill in (tick boxes / clicks) with optional text fields on each question to tell us more.

The survey results will inform short and long term plans – if there are things we can change straight away, we will!

The survey is open to all students, researchers, the public, and University staff – anyone who uses our spaces and services.

(The survey isn’t open to University Libraries staff, but there are lots of other ways for library staff to feedback.)

Your answers are anonymous. Giving an email address is optional but needed to be entered into the prize draw (it won’t be attributed to the survey responses).

The survey opens Monday 02 March and runs until Friday 27 March 2026.
